Princeton Windrows is an inclusive 55-plus independent living community that offers its residents all of the benefits of home ownership without the worries of home maintenance and upkeep. Residents are able to stay in control of those items most important to them: their assets and financial future through home ownership; the delivery of their healthcare services and not being forced to pay for services they may never use; and their own daily lives through resident-driven committees shaping everyday life at Princeton Windrows.
All residents own their homes and are members of the Princeton Windrows Condominium Association, Inc. (PWCA). The PWCA is the governing body that oversees the day to day and long term management of the community.
The Princeton Windrows Condominium Association, Inc. governs the community through a Board of Directors and Resident Committee structure. Each resident has a role, if they so choose, to contribute and guide the various services and amenities the community provides.
